Four Ways To Back Better Medicine

Healthcare innovation doesn’t move through a single bottleneck. Today’s candidates span four of them: running clinical trials, detecting cancer from blood, engineering cells to evade the immune system, and repairing disease-causing mutations with prime editing.

The first two already have operating businesses and recent financial results to evaluate. One is a clinical-research organization whose bookings and backlog are beginning to stabilize; the other is a precision-oncology company growing revenue by more than 40% while scaling a blood-based cancer-screening franchise. The other two are platform biotechs, where the upside rests on clinical and regulatory milestones rather than current earnings.

New to our alerts? Start here to see how we turn a trade idea into an exact entry, an exit plan and a publicly tracked result.

Two Fresh Signals, Two Retries

The clinical-research name appeared in Friday’s Portfolio Armor Top Ten and closed with a constructive Chartmill setup. The oncology name came from our Market Watchers process and earned a 10/10 Technical Rating and an 8/10 Setup Rating.

The two biotech ideas are retries. Our earlier orders went unfilled, but both stocks produced fresh technical signals Friday, and both have liquid long-dated call strikes that let us avoid the thin put legs that complicated earlier structures. We aren’t chasing the displayed asks: each order remains capped by the lowest of three model values.

Defined Risk, Long Runways

We’re using two simple bull call spreads for the operating companies and two 2:1 call ratios for the platform biotechs. The call spreads trade away uncapped upside for clean, defined-risk exposure. The call ratios pair capped spreads with additional calls, preserving uncapped participation without short puts.

The expirations run from March 2027 through January 2028. That gives the businesses time to report several quarters and gives the biotechs room for their scheduled clinical and regulatory milestones. Full details, including the names, complete orders, maximum entry prices and pre-set exit orders are below.
