Follow The Spending
Renewed fears about financing the AI buildout have put a useful question back in focus: which suppliers can turn continued investment into revenue and profit?
There’s fresh evidence that capital is still reaching projects. On October 22nd, Nebius (NBIS 0.00%↑) announced a $3.5 billion Citi facility to help fund data-center development, GPU purchases and other corporate needs. Those investments create orders throughout the supply chain.
Look For The Constraint
Our focus is on suppliers whose customers need qualified capacity. Long-term commitments to reserve production tell us where buyers see constraints. Rising sales and improving margins show whether a supplier is turning that demand into earnings.
Today’s trade is in one of those suppliers. We follow it through our Multibaggers research, which draws on a subset of accounts on our Market Watchers X list with documented winners of 100% or more.
We’ve closed two previous trades in this same company for gains of 55% and 347% before fees, measured against each trade’s original maximum risk. Its recent selloff brings us back ahead of this week’s earnings.
The company’s customer commitments and improving operating results support an exception to our usual technical entry rules. The coming report will test how much of that demand is becoming shipments and profit.
