This Week’s Trade Exits
As soon as I exit a trade, I note that in the comments of the post where I first mentioned the trade; at the end of the week, I try to track them all in one post. Starting in July, 2024, I have also been tracking them in a spreadsheet. These are the trades I exited this week.
Our year-to-date trade performance through October 2nd appears below.
Clicking on one of the exit cards should take you to the original alert where we mentioned the trade; exits will be documented in the comments on the dates they occurred.

Stocks or Exchange Traded Products
No exits this week, as I’ve focused on options instead of our basic strategy, which involves buying stocks and ETFs. Nevertheless, the performance of our Top Names remains strong, as you can see here and below.

ABCL’s full exit was the standout: a 360% return on our original maximum risk. We sold the first tranche of calls in August, then let the remaining calls run until this week’s exit.
This week’s NKTR exits were buybacks of short calls after the stock dropped following a clinical data release. Like ABCL, NKTR came from our Multibaggers list, but it was recommended by different accounts than the one that recommended ABCL. We’re going to start treating our Multibaggers list like the Premier League in English soccer, relegating accounts with worse performance to our Market Watchers tier, and elevating Market Watchers who recommend future multibaggers to our Multibaggers list. That should sharpen our Multibaggers list as a source of alpha, and improve our returns on our Multibaggers trades over time.
