I'll give you a lot of credit for writing this well-thought out essay, and then posting it to ZeroHedge. You knew that you'd get the overwhelming "This guy works for Israel" comments, but did it anyway. But, ZH has become populated over the last 6 or so years, unfortunately, by Neo-Nazis. Not to say that Israel is our "buddy" in any way, but the commenters on ZH are WAY beyond garden-variety anti-Semites. Personally, I'm still in the "I'm not a fan of this war at all, and we have to stop worrying about the other side of the planet so much" camp, but you do make good points in the essay.
