Trade Alert: Re-Entering More Winners
Bullish options bets on two previous winners that re-entered our top ten names last night, plus a macro bet on Chile ahead of this weekend's election.
How We Re-Enter Winners
Some of our best trades this year have come from re-entering prior winners when Portfolio Armor’s system ranks them highly again. As I mentioned in How We Re-Enter Winners, we don’t chase stocks that have already run; instead, we wait until the algorithm identifies them as offering strong potential returns again.
This disciplined re-entry approach has worked well for us with several names already this year, including Robinhood (HOOD) and Powell Industries (POWL)—each of which has appeared in our Top Names lists multiple times. When one of these former winners reappears with a high potential return and favorable option structure, it often gives us another asymmetric setup: limited risk, potentially large reward.
Today we’re doing that again—adding two such Top Names with structures designed to harvest near-term implied volatility while keeping a shot at outsized upside—and we’re also adding a Chile macro sleeve from our Multibaggers list ahead of this weekend’s election.
