Trade Alert: Re-Entering More Winners
Bullish bets on one of last night's top names, one one of our biggest recent winners. Plus, bullish bets on two names from our Multibaggers list.
Re-Entering Winners And Spotting New Ones
All else equal, Portfolio Armor’s algorithm gives an edge to stocks that have recently pulled back—short-term weakness tends to lift their six-month expected returns in our model. This week’s shakeout has done just that, re-introducing one of our biggest past winners into the Top Ten list. When a name like that re-appears, we treat it as our license to re-engage.
As we’ve written before, we don’t chase; we let the system re-invite us. When a stock re-enters our Top Names after we’ve already booked a big win, it means the algorithm still projects strong six-month returns even after prior gains. It’s the purest expression of our “re-entering winners” discipline.
Meanwhile, the broader framework keeps working. Portfolio Armor’s Top Names continue to nearly double SPY’s performance since we launched this Substack. And with the right options structures, we can magnify that already strong performance while keeping risk defined.
Alongside our Top Names trade today, we’re adding two Multibaggers ideas—stocks surfaced by accounts that have consistently posted triple-digit winners. One of them carries heavy short interest, setting up the potential for a squeeze if momentum or fundamentals surprise to the upside.
