I could not bear the gift horse’s mouth for another open so I sold my MP calls for $12.46. Thank you! I’d like to see more of these, and fewer verticals. That said, I understand cheap calls worth trading are few and far between - hence the need for spreads
Thanks for reminding me about this. I'm going to set a GTC limit sell price at $38. If there's a big positive change in fundamentals, before that hits, I may revise it upward. I'll let you know if I do. I'm going to send this out as a chat as well, so other paid subscribers see it.
...and it was so clear in the post. Thanks for clarifying. I'm so used to your trades for buying calls. I'll be more attentive next time. Thanks again.
No problem. In general, when you see prices that high for options, they are deep in the money. We generally don't do that. Sometimes, we buy options that are slightly in the money, but most of the time, they are out of the money.

What's the latest on the FEIM position? I see it's still up even in this down market. Is there a target exit price?

Got out of the FEIM shares today at $38. Unfortunately, it's trading at ~$42 now.
Can you confirm the QQQ open price? As of the time of my comment I see it trading for $56.63.
I'm seeing a bid-ask of $2.15 by $2.18 now on the $505 strike QQQ puts expiring on August 22nd.
I see bid ask of $55.79 - $56.75 for that same call. I use Schwab's ThinkorSwim platform.
We're buying the put, not the call.
