Another Trade On A Former Winner

We’re trading a name today that we’ve traded before. It has come down considerably from where it was when we last entered it, but it now looks like it may have bottomed here. Its RSI is about 44, its ChartMill Setup rating is 7, and on the fundamental side it has a Health rating of 7 and a Growth rating of 6.

What makes the story interesting is that this isn’t just another crypto-adjacent stock. It’s an Ethereum treasury company that also majority owns an Artificial Intelligence/High Performance Computing business, and its shares are currently trading at about a 9% discount to the combined value of its ETH holdings and that HPC stake.

There’s also a broader reason to stay constructive on Ethereum here even after crypto’s recent doldrums. Stable coins and other forms of on-chain finance have kept gaining ground, with stable coin supply now above $300 billion and monthly transaction volumes having averaged about $1.1 trillion over the six months ending in November 2025, according to Grayscale. Fidelity also plans to launch its own stable coin on Ethereum, which is another sign that the chain remains central to real-world financial activity moving on-chain.

So today we’re placing a defined-risk bullish trade on this name. The idea is straightforward: if Ethereum can stage even a modest rally before year-end, and if the company’s AI/HPC subsidiary continues to generate positive operating progress that flows through to the parent, the stock could have meaningful upside from here. We’re structuring the trade so that we can participate in that upside while strictly limiting our downside.
