Trade Alert: Back To The Well
We exited trades in this stock for gains of 60% and 104% so far this year. Now it's back in our top ten, and we're trading it again.
Back To The Well
Today’s trade fits our core themes (and we called it out by name in our “Reindustrialization, Embodied AI & Energy”).

Positioning For The Next Phase: Reindustrialization, Embodied AI, Energy, and Crypto—And How We’re Trading It
We’ve traded this name twice already this year and exited both for solid wins—roughly +60% and +104%—so we’re going back to the well with a risk-defined structure that lines up with our playbook.
Why this setup: options are still rich, so we’re using a four-leg combo that harvests elevated IV and defines risk. The structure pays us on entry in this case, and puts our break-even below the current stock price, giving us room if the name chops or pulls back before the next leg higher.
What we’re targeting: a ~150% return on the position if the stock trends the way we expect over the coming months. The per-contract ticket is a bit higher than some of our recent trades, but the trade-off is a friendlier break-even and the ability to let time and trend do the work while keeping max loss capped.
How it fits our themes: this company sits at the intersection of AI-driven hardware demand and American manufacturing—exactly where we want exposure. Today’s structure lets us stay true to our approach when options are expensive:
Harvest IV,
Secure a low (sub-spot) break-even,
Keep max risk defined, and
Set clear exit targets so we can take profits quickly if momentum resumes.

Today’s Top Names Trade
The stock is Celestica (CLS 0.00%↑), and our trade is a combo expiring on November 21st (after its October earnings), consisting of these four legs:
Buying the $230 strike call,
Selling the $240 strike call,
Selling the $185 strike put, and
Buying the $175 strike put,
For a net credit of $2.50. The max gain on 1 contract is $1,250, the max loss is $750, and the break even is with CLS at $182.50. This trade filled at $2.75.
Exiting This Trade
My plan:
CLS Call Spread (legs 1 & 2): Open a GTC order to exit at a net credit of $8, and lower that price, if necessary, as we approach expiration.
CLS Put Spread (legs 3 & 4): Open a GTC order to exit at a net debit of $0.25, and raise that price, if necessary, as we approach expiration.

Out of the CLS call spread today at $8.
