Moving Our Weekly Market Commentary
It feels weird to post a weekly market commentary on Thursday nights. Unless most of my subscribers object (poll question below the paywall), I’m going to stop doing that in our weekly Top Names posts and move it to the weekend, where we'll have market commentary combined with a summary of how we traded the week.
Our Basic Strategy
Our basic strategy is to buy equal dollar amounts of the Portfolio Armor web app’s top ten names, put trailing stops of ~20% or more on them, and replace them with names from the current week’s top ten when we get stopped out of a position—there are no options involved in this strategy.
